What are your service areas?

We clean High River and Okotok's areas and anywhere in between. We do not offer acreage cleans because we try to keep cleans 10-15 minutes apart and google maps isn't the most helpful in locating your home.

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Two storey homes are typically 5-7 hours, bungalows much the same. Villas are 3-4 hours. Our pricing is standard, $46/hour for a regular clean and $56/hour for a deep clean though the time spent in the home depends on how many contractors come to each clean. A four hour regular clean, for example, is 4x$46= $184 but the amount of time in the home is determined by the number of contractors working each day. ( If I have 6 contractors we are 40 min in the home on a 4 hr clean). The price does not change depending on the number of Cleaners, the time in the home does. (48 min if five Cleaners come etc.). It is shared man hours.

Please note that deep cleans should be booked as DOUBLE the time of a regular clean. Some clients will say I'm not sure if I want a five hour deep clean or a five hour regular clean. Deep cleans need twice as long as we cover MORE.

We're excited to share that a regular clean is anything we can easily reach without needing a stool for those high spots, and it's just $46/hour! 🌟

For a more thorough experience, our deep clean includes stools to tackle everything from high to low, and trust us, no other cleaning company can match our sparkle! It’s available for $56/hour. ✨

To ensure we provide the best service, we recommend booking a longer first-time clean. This way, we can reach those tricky baseboards and under couch cushions, making future cleans a breeze! 😊

When you book a clean, you are booking total cleaning hours — not how long we are in your home.

Example:

If you book 2 hours of cleaning at $46/hr = $92 add gst for cheque or etr:

• 1 cleaner = 2 hours in your home

• 2 cleaners = 1 hour in your home

• 6 cleaners = 20 minutes in your home

Same cost. Same amount of cleaning. Just faster with a team.

We send a cleaning team so your home is finished quicker, and you don’t have people in your space all day.

Booking time = total work hours, not time in your home. (6 cleaners in your home for two hours equates to a $12 hour clean x $46)

A quick note about booking time:

Every home is different. Some homes may need 4+ hours for a full clean. We have a specific cleaning protocol that we follow but we have to have enough time to complete those details.

If you book less time, we will always respect your budget and complete as much as we can within the time booked.

As a client how do I prepare for your arrival?

Keeping your floors tidy helps us dive right into the fun part—cleaning! This means you get the best clean possible. No need to worry about supplies; we come fully equipped with our own cleaning tools and two vacuums. If you prefer us to use your vacuum, just leave it out, but please note that we can't take responsibility for its condition.

We absolutely encourage you to join us for your first clean! You'll discover what sets us apart. Feel free to be at home and move around as we work through the rooms. You can leave the door open, give us a key, or share a door/garage code—it's all up to you!
